Body Transformation Courses by Kevin Kreider
There are a lot of great training programs and diets available for beginners, but there aren’t so many that I believe would be a good fit for guys like you… a college student.
However, personal trainer and fitness model Kevin Kreider has a series of very effective, all-inclusive fitness courses (full nutrition guides and workout videos) for almost anyone who wants to build an awesome-looking physique.
Now I really believe in Kevin’s expertise and recommendations as a powerful force in the online fitness community, but I wanted to make sure he had programs that would work for the average college student.
So I straight-up asked him,
“Kevin, what courses would you recommend to a college student with limited time and limited food choices who wants to get a lean, muscular body?”
And these were the two courses he recommended…
Lean Body – Fat Fix Beginner Course (In-Home Workout)
What’s really awesome about this fitness course is not only can you build/maintain muscle with a minimum of 3 days per week… but you don’t even have to go to the gym to do it!
All of the exercises and routines can be done in your dorm room with an ordinary bed (get your mind out of the gutter) and a set of resistance bands (the course will tell you which ones).
This course also includes full nutrition setup, example meals, workout videos, the works.

Body Shred Beginner Course
Unlike the Lean Body – Fat Fix course, the Body Shred Beginner Course requires actual gym equipment to complete each workout.
So whether that’s through your university’s rec center, the gym down the street, or using your own personal equipment, this course provides you with all the nutrition and workouts you need to actually get shredded like a lean fitness model.
Plus, it’s very easy to fit the workouts into your schedule since they’re close to an hour long and can be done in only 3 days a week.

Supplements
Optimum Nutrition Creatine
Of the two supplements that I take and recommend to others, creatine is one of them. The reason I’m so conservative with my supps is because most of them have no evidence of doing anything!
That’s not the case with creatine. In fact, creatine is one of the most heavily researched supplements with tons of positive evidence being discovered all the time.
I take Optimum Nutrition brand because it’s a decent price, it works, and I can order it with free two-day shipping through my Amazon Prime account.

PE Science Protein Powder
The reason I have two protein powders on this page is because this is the most delicious brand of powder I’ve tasted. I mean, the Muscle Tech is deece and fits a tight budget, but PE Science protein is just delightful.
Plus, there are a bunch of cool flavors like caramel macchiato and snicker doodle. I mean, are you kidding me? Frickin’ snicker doodle?! Forget about it.
So, if you’re more concerned about taste, try this powder instead.
I also cook with this protein a lot more than the MuscleTech because of the different flavors that tend to meld better with what I’m making.
Equipment
Fitness Dreamer Resistance Bands
To go along with your strength training, it’s a good idea to have some assistance/resistance bands to help your progress.
I have these bands by Fitness Dreamer and I primarily use them for assistance on chin-ups and pull-ups, but they’re great for tricep and bicep exercises if you don’t have access to dumbbells, barbells, or machines and you still want to get a good workout.
They’re colored in a way that signifies the intensity of the band. I have the 4-band set, but you can also get another, thicker band if you need additional support on your chin-ups or want more resistance for your other exercises.
