Student time management is a really hot topic right now (and for good reason).
When you step onto campus for the first time, you usually feel refreshed, optimistic, and eager to embrace new, fun experiences.
And hey, this will be the time you finally get that six pack you always wanted too!
But then within a week, your bright eyes and optimistic views are stomped out like a dying campfire full of empty beer cans.
All the homework, labs, and study groups begin to dominate your schedule…
…and that’s when you might try to find ways to “optimize” your time.
Well I’m hear to tell you that whoever recommended this as a tool that improves time management for students… was an idiot…

Even before you can start DOING a really effective workout program, you gotta learn how to be efficient, prioritize, and optimize your day.
Now that’s all well and good, but I’m here to warn you that there’s a certain method that gets passed as a very effective tip for managing time in college…
…but it’s actually a massive time-waster.
It really surprises me that a lot of sites still recommend this as good way to handle time management for college students.
In fact, using this in your strategy is one of the best ways to get less done and almost double the amount of time it takes to do something.
Just watch this video below so you can learn more about it, stop doing it, and make more time to workout instead.

Have You Been Fooled by this Time Management “Tip”?
I’ve done this with homework, household chores, and even talking with people (and I feel like a jerk for doing it).

It’s time to take the red pill, open your eyes, and actually get shit done so you can finally get to the gym consistently and transform your body.
