Jeff Cavaliere (aka Athlean X) has some of the biggest biceps I’ve ever seen in proportion to a normal-sized human being.
(No, that’s not a picture of him up top. I gotta avoid copyright infringement and all that…)
In case you don’t know, Jeff Cavaliere is a personal trainer that’s trained a number of professional athletes like David Wright of the New York Mets, Tom Glavine of the Atlanta Braves, and WWE/WCW wrestling legend Steve Borden (aka Sting).
I mean, the guy is completely ripped and his mantra for fitness is…
Putting the science back in strength.
But what might even be more impressive than his credentials and his message is the freakish size of his biceps.
Seriously, it looks like Jeff is hiding softballs under his skin.
His arms look like boa constrictors swallowing whole watermelons.
I don’t know if Athlean X goes to fitness expos, but his biceps should have their own booth.
That being said, everyone and their mama wants to know how to build massive arm mountains like his.

To start off this list, Jeff gives you 5 killer tips and insights that will help you to view your bicep training from a new perspective.
Just starting with tip #1, you’ll learn that the grip you use on your barbell curls is going to place emphasis on certain parts of the bicep that affect the perceived size.
Bicep Workout (SORE IN 6 MINUTES!)
Athlean X is known for its “Sore in 6 minutes” videos where Jeff takes you through a 6 minute workout that’s bound to have you screaming for mercy by the end.
Well, this bicep video is no different and you’re likely to come away with some throbbing, veiny, pythons when you’re done.

This video is a little dated and you’ll see because Jeff creates a workout with the subject being the New Year of 2010 lol.
That being said, the workout is still an effective one and I bet you’ll fry your arms if you do it tomorrow.
